AtulyamRx is a cloud pharmacy management platform. It covers POS billing, purchasing, batch-wise inventory with expiry tracking, customers, suppliers, prescriptions, staff permissions, multiple branches and over 50 reports, all in one system you use from the browser.

Independent retail pharmacies, pharmacy chains with several branches, and hospital or institutional dispensaries. Customers can be marked as retail, hospital, institution or staff.

Yes. One organisation can have many branches, each with its own stock and invoice series. You can transfer stock between branches and compare them in reports. The number of branches depends on your plan.

Yes. Stock is tracked per batch with its expiry date, MRP and selling price. You get low-stock, expiring-in-90-days and expired views, expired batches are blocked at the counter, and expiry and stock-ageing reports show what is at risk.

Each product can store a barcode, and the product catalogue search matches barcodes, so a standard USB scanner can be used to find products. At the POS, products are found by name, SKU or batch number. QR codes are not supported at the moment.

Yes. There are over 50 built-in reports covering sales, GST, purchases, stock, expiry, customers, delivery and staff activity. Reports have date and branch filters, charts, CSV export and a print view.

AtulyamRx has three plans: Starter, Professional and Enterprise, which differ in branches, users and modules. During our early bird period there are no charges: early users who register get free access until 31 December 2027. Early bird registrations are limited, and regular pricing will be announced later.

Yes, we help you get set up. The Enterprise plan also includes in-app support tickets, so you can raise and track issues from inside the admin panel.
