Which app do I need?
AtulyamRx customer app
Lets customers order medicines, upload prescriptions and track deliveries from their own pharmacy. Pharmacy staff can use the same app for billing, inventory, purchases, orders, reports and settings.

Before you start
Have these ready. It makes the setup take just a few minutes.
- Your pharmacy's AtulyamRx code. Ask your pharmacy for it. Staff can find it in Settings in the admin panel.
- An email address you can open now. A 6-digit code is sent there when you create your account.
- Your phone number, which is needed to create your account.
- An internet connection on your phone.

How to install
- 1Tap Download on this page using your Android phone.
- 2If your phone asks whether to allow installing from this source, allow it for this install, then tap Install.
- 3Open AtulyamRx and choose "Shop at a pharmacy".
- 4Enter your pharmacy code and tap Continue.
- 5Tap "Create an account", fill in your details and tap Continue.
- 6Check your email, enter the 6-digit code and tap "Create account".
- 7You're in. Browse medicines, upload a prescription or place your first order.
Having trouble?
The 6-digit code hasn't arrived
Check your spam folder, then tap "Send a new code" on the same screen.
I forgot my password
On the Sign In screen, tap "Forgot password?".
I'm pharmacy staff
Choose "Pharmacy staff" on the first screen and sign in with your staff account. You don't need a pharmacy code.
- You only see the products and orders of the pharmacy you connect to.
- You can delete your account from inside the app, under Account.

- A staff account at the pharmacy, with its email and password.
- Permission to view deliveries on that account. An administrator sets this in the staff role.
- An order assigned to this person from the Deliveries page in the admin panel, so there's something to see.
- A maps app and a working camera on the phone, for directions and proof of delivery.
- An internet connection on the phone.

How to install
- 1Tap Download on this page using your Android phone.
- 2If your phone asks whether to allow installing from this source, allow it for this install, then tap Install.
- 3Open AtulyamRx Delivery and sign in with your staff email and password.
- 4If you work for more than one pharmacy, choose the one you're delivering for.
- 5Your deliveries appear under Active. Tap one to see the address and order total.
- 6Update the status as you go, and capture proof of delivery when you hand the order over.
Having trouble?
No deliveries are showing
Ask your pharmacy to assign an order to you from the Deliveries page in the admin panel.
A delivery couldn't be completed
Mark it as failed and enter the reason, so the pharmacy can see what happened.
- Proof of delivery can be captured once the order is out for delivery.
- Finished deliveries stay in the app's list so you can check them later.

How to install
- 1Download the installer and double-click AtulyamRx-Admin-Setup.exe.
- 2If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click "More info", then "Run anyway". This appears because the installer isn't code-signed yet.
- 3Follow the installer. It doesn't need admin rights, and you can choose the install folder.
- 4Start AtulyamRx Admin from the desktop or Start Menu.
- 5The window shows "Starting…" for a few seconds, and longer the very first time.
- 6Sign in with your staff account when the sign-in page appears.
Having trouble?
The window is stuck or shows an error
In the menu bar, choose File, then Restart server.
Support asked for my log file
In the menu bar, choose File, then Open log folder, and send them server.log.
How do I uninstall it?
Remove AtulyamRx Admin from Installed apps in Windows settings.
- Only one copy runs at a time. Opening it again brings the existing window to the front.
- Closing the window quits the app.
